Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or used.

Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. You will not need to return the item.

Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
